They are seeking a dynamic outside sales Account Executive to cover the Buffalo, NY / Upstate New York market.
Job Description:
- The Account Executive will be focused on a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth, including prospecting and qualifying leads within their territory
- The Account Executive will target Mid-Market Employers (35-500) and engage in a consultative sales process with decision-makers.
- The Account Executive is expected to maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of sales experience within the HCM, Payroll, or HR Tech space, focused on Mid-Market (35-500 employees).
- Strong understanding of business needs, HR challenges, and experience with a consultative sales process, preferably within Payroll, HCM, or HR Services Solutions.
- Ability to run the full sale cycle from prospecting through close, including negotiating contract terms to achieve quota.

Location: This is a outside sales position where candidates must be based in the Greater Buffalo, NY / Upstate New York area with the ability to meet with customers and partners throughout the region.
