Company Profile: 
This is a confidential search for a Remote, Inside Sales Manager for a growing SaaS organization specializing in Business Application / Document Management software . 

Job Description:

• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for selling into companies under 250 employees 
• Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to provide feedback, support, and development opportunities and ensure each team member hits quota.
• Work with senior leadership to develop and implement effective inside sales strategies targeting the SMB market.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years leading and managing inside sales teams.
• Experience hiring, firing, onboarding and coaching 
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding team sales targets and quotas.
• MEDDIC or other formal sales training preferred 

Location: This is a remote, work from home opportunity where candidates must be located and authorized to work in the United States.  Willing to travel up to 25% to tradeshows, conferences and events throughout the US as needed.
