Job Description:
- The Director of Sales will be a responsible for managing and mentoring a team of experience outside sales reps.
- The Director of Sales will coach the team on account tactics, oversee metrics and profitability, and forecasting the pipeline of opportunities.
- The Director of Sales will focus their efforts on expanding relationships within existing accounts as well as creating prospecting strategy for obtaining new business across New England with their team.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of business development, sales and account management experience within the food, ingredients or foodservice space
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- This is a small company and candidates need to be willing to wear multiple hats as necessary to fulfil their clients needs and ensure overall account satisfaction
