Job Description:
Our client is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales to take on a player-coach role. This individual will not only lead and inspire a high-performing sales team but also actively engage in sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven ability to close deals.
- The Vice President of Sales will be a player-coach role, responsible for 1 direct report while also personally engaging in high-value new business sales focused specifically on the Healthcare Vertical.
- The Vice President of Sales will be focused on building and growing a book of business overtime, and will focus on both net new and retention/upsell opportunities with an average initial deal value of $100,000 - $250,000 ARR.
- The Vice President of Sales will report to the CEO and be responsible for forecasting, pipeline management, deal strategy and driving process improvement to achieve growth targets
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of business development experience focused on closing multi-location Healthcare Groups/Systems.
- Experience selling AI-solutions and digital transformation or software is required
- Ideal candidates will have previous management or team lead experience and be comfortable wearing multiple hats as needed to get the job done.
Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where candidates will report to a Burlington, MA area office 2-3 days a week. Limited travel anticipated
