Job Description:
- The Director of Account Management will be a senior leader within the organization, responsible for leading a small team of Account Managers (4) and overseeing the Customer Success functions.
- The Director of Account Management will work closely with internal teams across sales and marketing to ensure the customers' voice is heard
- The Account Management Director will manage P&L for the division, contract renewal and negotiation, identify cross sell and upsell potential and oversee QBRs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience within a healthcare service or related market.
- Previous Management experience, ideally overseeing a small team responsible for $100m book of business + 30% growth targets.
- Ability to work in a start-up / fast paced / decentralized work environment, with the ability to take charge and make decisions to ensure both the company and client needs are being met.
Location: This is a remote opportunity, where ideal candidates will be based on the East Coast with the ability to travel upwards of 50% if needed.
