Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Key Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer accounts, including sales cycle oversight, upselling, cross-selling, and issue resolution.
- New Business: Actively seek new business opportunities, qualify leads, create proposals and quotes, negotiate pricing, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Team Management: Coach and Mentor the Inside Sales team, track sales metrics, generate reports, and handle administrative tasks to support sales operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of business development, sales and account management experience within the food & beverage space
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
- This is a small company and candidates need to be willing to wear multiple hats as necessary to fulfil their clients needs and ensure overall account satisfaction
