The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within a specific market segment. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be tasked with:

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, identify customer needs, and provide solutions.
• Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales plans, conduct market research, and generate new business opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes, manage inventory, and ensure timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

• 10+ Years of experience selling within the specialty chemical industry; distribution experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or relevant subject area   
• Proven track record in sales, account management, and customer relationship building.

Location: This is a remote, work from home opportunity where candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to meet with clients as required.
