Our client is a sales, marketing, and technology services company that offers a variety of services to help businesses achieve their sales and marketing goals. They have been in business for over ten years and have grown both organically and through acquisition. They are looking to expand their enterprise offering and looking for a strategic, hands on leader to help them achieve their goals. 

Job Description:

• The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing a small team of quota-carrying account executives who are focused on driving sales within enterprise accounts. 
• The Sales Director will be coaching and supporting their team through all stages of the sales funnel, while also carrying an individual sales target. 
• The Sales Director will be building a systematic approach and training, and lifting up the rest of the team to become an enterprise sales organization. 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience carrying a quota and exceeding individual sales goals within a service-based or consultative sales environment 
• 3+ years managing a team enterprise sellers, ideally in a sales and marketing services organization or agency 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up like environment, provide coaching and leadership, and build and shape sales processes for growth

Location: Hybrid work environment; Reporting to a Waltham, MA Area office 2-3 times per week.
