They are growing their sales team in the US and looking for a Business Development Director to focus on the Government Space!
Job Description:
- The Business Development Director will be focused on building a book of business from existing and assigned accounts within the government sector.
- The Business Development Director must be comfortable running a full sales process, including setting their own meetings to qualify new business leads through closing the deal
- The Business Development Director will handle pre and post sales work, including RFI, RFQ and RFPs
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience selling translation and/or localization services
- Previous experience hitting and exceeding quota targets of $750k-$1m+
- Strong understanding of the government procurement process and contracting regulations.
Location: This is hybrid role where candidates must be based in the Greater Washington, DC Metro area and comfortable working both from home & WeWork and traveling to meet clients as needed.
