Company Profile:
Our client is a leader in fire protection and life safety services. They are rapidly expanding, growing both organically and through acquisitions. They have laid a strong foundation and are now ready to scale and expand their team. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager that is based in the state of Pennsylvania.

Job Description:

• The  Regional Sales Manager will manage a current outside sales team who proactively seek out new business opportunities by prospecting and networking to secure appointments with facility directors/managers, and existing building owners at the decision maker level.
• The Regional Sales Manager will support a direct outside sales team in development of a vertical market, identify new business opportunities and create “go-to-market” strategies for customers.
• The Regional Sales Manager will meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual territory quota for product and services along with achieving strategic goals and targets.

Requirements: 

• 8+years of outside B2B sales and sales management experience preferably with Fire and Safety experience.
• A proven history of success. You thrive in and can foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture. You believe in winning as a team, and you pursue your goals and professional growth with dedication, integrity, and high ethical standards.
• Experience selling fire protection and life safety services, driving revenue and helping build strong GTM strategies
• Proficiency in identifying potential high value prospects, running and executing effective sales campaign, and converting prospects into actual customers.

Location: This is a remote sales position where ideal candidates must be based in the Pennsylvania area. With an expectation of traveling within a multi-state territory. Travel 75% within the assigned territory.

Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000
Total Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000
