Job Description:
- The Sales Enablement Manager will design and facilitate ongoing training programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives to equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge and resources for success.
- The Sales Enablement Manager will continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team, assessing the effectiveness and impact of the sales training program.
- The Sales Enablement Manager will oversee, coordinate, and supervise the delivery and execution of onboarding and ongoing training programs for AEs, AMs, Sales Managers, and Sales Leaders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in developing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong organizational abilities and project management expertise.
- Proficiency in training and coaching sales teams to enhance their skill sets.
- A highly motivated and optimistic trainer with the ability to engage and inspire trainees.
