Our client is a privately held organization in the telecom management and services space that has been recognized as an INC 500 Fastest Growing Company for the last 5 years in a row. They specialize in helping partnering with Carriers and Enterprise Organizations to manage their growing mobility needs. They have experienced steady growth and are looking for a Remote Sales Director (IC) to drive new business within the Northeast.
Job Description:
- The Sales Director will be focused on partnering with major carriers (such as Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile) to prospect and qualifying enterprise opportunities for expansion and new services
- The Sales Director will be responsible for managing their funnel and all aspects of a multi-touch sales process to drive new business deals ranging from $1m-$10m annual contracts working it C-Level Executives, IT personas and other key LOB decision makers.
- The Sales Director must be entrepreneurial and willing to think outside the box to create winning key account plans, strategic vision and long term partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience selling in an enterprise telecom-focused services environment
- Previous experience exceeding a multi-million dollar quota comprised of software, hardware and services
- Candidates must be entrepreneurial and focused on driving net new business through a consultative sales motion
Location: This is a remote opportunity where candidates must be based in the Greater New York City Metropolitan area, and comfortable traveling into the city to meet with clients upwards of 50%.
