Our client is a leader in the IT Managed Services industry. They're recognized for their exceptional delivery of information technology and cybersecurity solutions to businesses. As a franchisor, they have established a solid presence in the market and are seeking a skilled and dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to propel their franchise expansion throughout North America.

Job Description:

• The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, improving, and overseeing marketing strategies to increase generation of new leads and boost revenue growth for the organization.
• The Growth Marketing Manager will implement a comprehensive account-based marketing approach that combines inbound and outbound strategies to identify and attract new enterprise customers.
• The Growth Marketing Manager will support franchisees with enablement for their local marketing campaigns.

Requirements: 

• 5-10 years of experience within the marketing space, ideally with a strong focus on lead generation and revenue growth.
• Previous experience in IT managed services or cybersecurity MSP, and franchise marketing background is preferred.
• Must have experience with Salesforce CRM, WordPress, and Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms (such as Hubspot).

Location: This is an on-site position where candidates will be reporting to the Austin, TX office daily then transition to hybrid after year 1 or once ramped. Hybrid set up will be 3 days a week with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
