Kevin McShane is the Operating Partner at the private equity firm HKW. He graduated from Notre Dame and played for Lou Holtz on the 1988 National Championship football team, he has an MBA from Northwestern, he’s led many companies to growth and prosperity as CRO and currently advises high growth firms as their key advisor and Operating Partner. Kevin is an expert in scaling businesses and we will be discussing the expectations and challenges when deploying capital.
