The event took place last week at Seaport’s World Trade Center where the Boston Business Journal honored 80 companies for creating outstanding work environments for their employees. Award winners and rankings were determined by an online survey asking employees to rank their workplace. Each employee is asked to rate their work environment, job satisfaction, leadership and management work-life balance, compensation, and benefits.
