They are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Staff Accountant to join their dynamic team.


Job Description:

• The Staff Accountant will handle customer invoicing and accounts payable, managing the end-to-end process of customer invoicing and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• The Staff Accountant will conduct research and ensure compliance with financial regulations across 25 states.
• The Staff Accountant will work closely with different teams to understand organizational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• The Staff Accountant will assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting documentation for audits.

 

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within smaller organizations. 
• Proven ability to thrive in environments lacking formalized procedures, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
• Proficiency in ERP systems is required; experience with Acumatica is highly preferred. Familiarity with financial software and tools is essential.

Base Salary: $70,000 to $80,000
