Our client is an established organization that focuses on providing services to community banks and credit unions. They are on a confidential search for a Regional Sales Manager in New England.
Job Description:
- The Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with executing on prospecting and sales targets throughout their assigned region.
- The Regional Sales Manager will run a full sales cycle, which includes prospecting and networking to set meetings, running discovery and client presentation with prospective clients and closing business.
- The Regional Sales Manager must be comfortable negotiating on contracts and leveraging internal resources and consultants when needed - this is a consultative sales process where the expectation is to close 4-5 new deals a year.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of quota carrying sales experience, with experience presenting in person
- Experience selling services or products to local and regional banks and credit unions required
- Ability to travel 50-75% throughout the New England Region as needed to meet with customers
