Company Profile:
Our client provides professional services and IT services throughout New England. They partner with clients to provide strategic solutions to save costs and increase efficiency for IT professionals. They are on a confidential search for a Director of Sales & Marketing.
Job Description:
- The Director of Sales will be responsible for managing a small team of sales executives focused on new and renewal revenue, achieving monthly sales quotas and mentoring
- The Director of Sales must be comfortable working on sales strategy with the CEO and utilizing dashboards/reports/tracking to present and identify opportunities for growth
- The Director of Sales needs to be able to lead and coach throughout the entire sales cycle from initial contact through delivery.
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of sales management experience
- Previous experience selling IT services, managed services or professional services
- Must have experience selling into the government and an understanding of the government contracting process
Location: Reporting to an office 5 days a week in the South Shore, MA market (Greater Providence, RI / Brockton, MA)

Total Comp: $210,000 - $230,000
