They are currently seeking skilled Business Development Representatives to join their remote sales team in the United States and contribute to their mission of driving sustainable solutions.
Job Description:
- The Business Development Representative will build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through targeted cold outreach, including networking, cold-calling, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms, with a focus on achieving or exceeding quota.
- The Business Development Representative will work closely with the technical and engineering teams to gain a deep understanding of our services, ensuring seamless alignment with client requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by coordinating qualified meetings with prospective clients to demonstrate how the company's wastewater solutions align with their sustainability objectives.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the wastewater or renewable energy space.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Strong skills in problem identification and objection handling.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
