Job Description:
- The Business Development Representative will build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through targeted cold outreach, including emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn messaging, with a focus on achieving/exceeding quota.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to nurture client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure seamless account renewals to support retention and expansion targets.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently closing new business, leveraging deep knowledge of business operations, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to overcome objections and win deals.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in problem identification and objection handling.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on metrics.
- 0-2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry, with a hunter mindset.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
