They are a PE-Backed organization looking to bring a Sales Manager who will be a player-coach onto the team.
Job Description:
- The Sales Manager will be a player-coach, overseeing a team of two appointment setters while also owning and managing the the sales process from initial meeting through close.
- The Sales Manager will work closely with marketing to drive growth and execute sales and marketing plans.
- The Sales Manager must be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company CRM (Salesforce) and report on sales achievements and KPIs to leadership as required.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of new business sales experience, ideally within the business services or events space.
- Previous Team Lead or Management experience with the ability to create and drive sales processes and lead a team effectively.
- Hunter mentality, proactive, self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress - not afraid to pick up the phone and set meetings to achieve goals.
