Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will be tasked with driving revenue growth and expand market presence by identifying and selling core banking solutions to financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and uncover customer needs to drive sales.
- Conduct discovery calls and present solutions to prospects.
- Manage sales cycles from initiation to launch.
- Own and grow a sales pipeline, generating and maintaining leads.
Requirements:
- Core Banking Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience with core banking transactions and network banking.
- Sales Experience: Proven success selling core banking, SaaS, or platform solutions to financial institutions, including credit unions.
- Startup Experience: Prior experience in sales efforts in a startup company, preferably with a financial services background.
