They are seeking motivated Outside Sales Professionals to focus on their commercial sales division within the Greater Baton Rouge / New Orleans LA markets.


Job Description:

• The Outside Sales Representative will identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential and commercial markets.
• The Outside Sales Representative will build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively managing and nurturing leads. Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and networking to generate leads.
• The Outside Sales Representative will deliver persuasive sales approach, showcasing the value and benefits of our pest control solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in outside B2B sales.
• Strong hunter mentality with a passion for building new business.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Location: This is an outside sales position, where candidates must be based in the Greater Baton Rouge or New Orleans markets with the ability to travel by car throughout the area to meet clients in person. 

Base Comp: $45,000 - $50,000
Total Comp: $95,000 - $100,000
