Our client is an international company known for distributing high-end industrial paint throughout North America. They have recently expanded their operations into the United States and are looking for technically savvy commercial paint enthusiasts to join their Territory Sales Team.
Job Description:
- The Outside Territory Manager is responsible for bringing on net new business and maintaining a book of business, focused on Industrial Paint accounts in their assigned territory.
- The Outside Territory Manager will run a full sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach, running product demonstrations on the shop floor and closing business.
- The Outside Territory Manager must be comfortable working in a KPI driven environment, averaging 8 in person meetings/week and tracking all information in Salesforce.com
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of Outside B2B sales experience within the Industrial or Commercial Paint space - ideal candidates will be familiar with paint for finishings, millwork and woodwork.
- Ability to use a CRM to track and forecast all sales data.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
