Location: This is a hybrid role where you will report to an office Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the Greater Waltham, MA area and work from home on Tuesday and Thursday. Travel as necessary

Job Description:
- The Director of Sales will be a player coach, responsible for running their own book of business while managing, mentoring an coaching a small team of sellers.
- The Director of Sales will coach the team on account tactics, oversee metrics and profitability, and forecasting the pipeline of opportunities.
- The Director of Sales will focus their efforts on expanding relationships within existing accounts as well as creating prospecting strategy for obtaining new business across the United States
Requirements:
- 7+ years of business development, sales and account management experience within the food & beverage space
- '2+ years of management or leadership experience
- Ideal candidates will have experience selling to buyers and owners to get shelf-space within a supermarket or grocery chain.
- This is a small company and candidates need to be willing to wear multiple hats as necessary to fulfil their clients needs and ensure overall account satisfaction
