They are currently seeking Sales Associates and Sales Support Specialists to join their team in Collierville, TN.


Job Description:

• The Sales Associate will communicate product knowledge to potential customers and prospects, adhering to company messaging and positioning.
• Conduct outbound calls for prospecting and generate high-quality leads and opportunities to be handed over to the appropriate Account Manager within a designated region.
• Accurately forecast and track leads and activities (calls, emails, meetings) using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years previous sales or customer service experience.  
• Experience with wholesale distribution is a PLUS.
• Possesses energy, enthusiasm, humor, and compassion, contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Clear phone voice is important.
• Recent college graduates are welcome to apply.
