Our client is a leader in the information technology and security space, providing risk management solutions and research to the top security companies in the world.  Their model is built upon providing peer-based curriculum and forums as well as advisory services for both professionals and providers. This privately owned company is rapidly growing and looking for talented professionals to join their team and grow with the company.

Job Description:

• This Account Manager will be working alongside an experience AM who will be responsible for renewals, retention and upsell of consulting and advisory services. 
• The Account Manager will be learning the ins and outs of the business with a goal of moving into a full AM role and responsibilities within 1 year.
• The Account Manager must be relationship focused, detail-oriented and strategic minded with the ability to learn how to manage a book of business. 

Requirements:

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success or Customer Service.  Will also consider internship experience 
• Ability to build strong relationships and learn how to communicate with C-level executives
• High level of energy, excellent time management skills and the ability to speak with confidence 

Location: Hybrid role, reporting to a Boston-based office 2-3 times per week. Travel 15-30% to events and to clients
