Company Profile:
Our client is a 3PL Warehouse & Fulfillment Center offering a full suite of fulfillment and logistics services, including kitting and assembly. They were founded in 2020 and recently built a 150,000 square foot warehouse to meet their clients' needs. They are looking to expand their Business Development team to help them bring on new customers to utilize their space and services.
Job Description:
- The Business Development Manager will be focused on growing relationships with Brands and ECommerce providers, working through contract negotiations and driving new business.
- The Business Development Manager will be meeting with clients in person to create customized solutions to meet their warehousing and fulfillment needs.
- The Business Development Manager will be assigned a sales target and profitability goals to achieve.
Requirements:
- 3-10+ years experience working within or selling 3PL Services
- Established relationships with major brands, retailors or ecommerce providers
- Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, small company environment
Location: This is a remote role where candidates can be located anywhere in the Northeast (MA, CT, NY, NJ), with the expectation of meeting with clients in person 25% of the time.
