Our client is a leader in the HR, Compliance and Tax space and they have been providing companies with compliance software and services for over 20 years.  Global and local laws and requirements for reporting are always evolving and they have integrated solutions to ensure pay equity, workforce diversity and similar compliance and regulatory areas are covered. This privately owned company that is looking to achieve strong growth and looking for a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to bring on new business.

Job Description:

• The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for full sales-cycle management of 100% net new business with a focus on companies with 5,000+ employees. 
• The Enterprise Account Executive will be focused on selling multi-year contracts through a consultative, multi-step sales process.  
• The Enterprise Account Executive must be seen as a thought leader with the ability to navigate multi-stake holder solutions.  

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of sales experience, focused within the HR Compliance, DEI, Pay Equity or similar areas 
• Must have experience selling multi-year SaaS contracts to obtain a $1m-$1.5m+ quota 
• Confidence and ability to facilitate executive level conversations around various topics with subject-matter experts

Location: This is a remote opportunity where candidates can live in the following states: - AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, ID, NH, NV,  MA, MO, RI, TX, WA
