Company Profile:
Our client specializes in security software solutions for the federal government and work with the big cloud service providers to integrate their solutions. They are internationally based but have been doing more than 90% of their business in the US market. They are focused on adding a strategic and technical seller to their sales organization to work alongside their CRO in the Washington, DC metro area.
Job Description:
- The Sales Director will be focused on growing partnerships with CSPs and supporting resellers and working through contract negotiations to drive new business deals and achieve quota targets.
- The Sales Director must be technical in nature as the key decision makers you will be working with are the CISO, Chief Architects and DevOps and Engineering teams
- The Sales Director will be presenting with clients in person, driving value-prop discussions and organizing resources internally, with partners and with clients to ensure needs are met and the right solution is provided.
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of enterprise level software sales experience within the Federal Government
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer or similar technical sales environment
- Previous experience working with and partnering with Cloud Service Providers (CSP) like Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Location: This is a remote role where candidates can be located anywhere in the Washington, DC Metro Area (Virginia, Maryland, DC), with the expectation of meeting with clients in person 30-40% of the time.
