Our client specializes in providing project-based and staff augmentation solutions for organizations in need of digital transformation solutions. They focus on providing support services within technology consulting, business intelligence sales, AI, machine learning, big data and other areas. They have recently expanded their sales team across North America and are now operating on 3 continents, which has caused them to look for an Executive Business Administrator to support the Head of Sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to get in on the ground floor of a well-funded organization and expand their career.
Job Description:
- The Executive Business Administrator will be supporting the Head of Sales in day-to-day operations, who is based in the United States but oversees a global salesforce.
- The Executive Business Administrator will be tasked with a mixture of sales reporting, sales governance, marketing and content creation, operational tasks and scheduling as well as hiring and interviewing support.
- The Executive Business Administrator must be comfortable working cross functionally within the organization and be able to build strong relationships with the leadership team.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of sales, sales operations, marketing, client management or similar, ideally within the staff augmentation space.
- Must have experience with Salesforce.com (running reports, updating information, etc. - do not need to be an administrator level); ideal candidates will also have experience with Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Ability and desire to work in a start-up organization; you must be a strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to be proactive and resourceful.
Location: This is a remote opportunity where candidates can be located within the United States or Canada with a preference for those based in Eastern or Central time zones. Must be able to travel internationally 1-2x/year.
