Our client is a leader in distributing power, motion control, electrical, transmission and bearings space. They have been in business for over 100 years and have an extremely strong brand.  They are looking for an Inside Sales/Customer experience to manage customer orders.

Job Description:

• The Inside Sales/ Customer Experience representative will be a critical part to customer inquiries.  You will be responsible for process customer orders, stock, shipping dates, quote pricing and filling orders to customer specifications.
• The Inside Sales/ Customer Experience representative will partner with outside sales in order to process transactions and continue to build positive relationships with customers.

• 2+ years of inside sales/ customer experience in any industrial distribution industry or an allied industry.
• Knowledge of  powertrain, and automated products such as motors, fluid power, brakes, drums etc.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Location: This is an inside sales position where ideal candidates must report to a Williston, VT office daily.  Office hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
