They are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented in-home sales representative to support their expansion in Georgia.

Job Description:

• The Home Comfort Advisor will be responsible for assisting homeowners in making informed decisions about their HVAC needs - this includes assessing clients' home comfort requirements, recommending appropriate HVAC systems, and providing a seamless experience from consultation to installation. 
• This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
• The Home Comfort Advisor will be meeting with in-home with 3-6 potential customers daily found through a combination of self-prospecting, referrals and inbound marketing generated leads.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience selling to homeowners and renters. Experience in HVAC sales is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC system performance who conducts themselves, both personally and professionally and most importantly builds trust and lasting relationships by “Delivering Exceptional Customer Service” to customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working with key customers.

Location: This is an hybrid position where candidates must be based in the Greater Fayetteville, GA area with the ability to travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers.

Compensation: This is a 100% Commission Role with an anticipated first year earning potential of $120,000-$200,000. 
Benefits: Candidates will be provided with a company car, car insurance and gas card and must be able to pass a full background and driving record check (last 7 years).
