They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Application Engineer to support their North America team.

Job Description:

• The Application Engineer will serve as a technical expert on the attributes, mechanics, and capabilities of all thermal control products. Be the go-to resource for thermal control product specifications, application discussions, and related support needs.
• The Application Engineer will own and manage thermal control projects, ensuring effective and efficient sales process, and will act as the technical liaison for customers and partners, providing expertise and guidance.
• The Application Engineer will conduct site visits as needed to support project requirements, and perform technical presentations to customers both in-person and through digital channels.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of field and technical support experience with demonstrated expertise in thermal systems and fluid power.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (ideally Thermal Engineering); a graduate degree is highly preferred
• Must have a broad technical background in thermal systems. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working with key customers.

Location: This is a remote sales position where ideal candidates can be based anywhere in the United States and has the ability to travel nationwide.

Base Salary: $105,000 - $115,000
Total Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000
