Job Description:
- The Technical Field Sales Rep will Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, establishing, and nurturing sales relationships. Encourage long-term buyer relationships through exceptional service and support.
- The Technical Field Sales Rep will support overall achievement of planned sales and profitability objectives for the assigned accounts, territory, and overall business.
- The Technical Field Sales Rep will develop a personalized strategy to promote sales while identifying and pursuing opportunities, utilizing appropriate methods with current distributors, new distributors, and OEM business channels.
Requirements:
- 5 years of outside sales experience. Experience selling within the Oil and Gas verticals is highly preferred.
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunger for success, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess in-depth understanding of quick couplings or similar products and its marketability (e.g thermal control couplings, hose/cable reels, pumps, hose kits, customized solutions etc)
- Technical background, experience with fluid power / thermal systems is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is driven to exceed targets.
